I enjoyed the first novel. I have the review for Wondrous Strange scheduled for Wednesday. I had a small problem with the first novel, but I think it is being confronted in this novel.

Really good teaser. I need to reread Wondrous Strange and then read Darklight. I liked the first book when I read it last year but since then I've read other faerie books so I don't remember it completely. I hope you enjoy Darklight!

Here is my teaser from "Eye of the Red Tsar" by Sam Eastland:
"Protection?" laughed the policeman. "For this tramp? What's his name?"
"Pekkala, " replied Kirov.
"Pekkala?" The policeman let go of him as if his hand had clamped down on hot metal. "What do yo mean? The Pekkala?"
